Apache is an action flight sim game which is the first of its kind on the ps3... 

The game is hard to control at the start (if you are new to this) but once you play 2 or 3 missions you should have full control of the game on easy mode...Once you switch to realistic mode things start to become harder.. 

The platinum for this game isnt hard to accomplish but it still requires some flight skills and a bit of luck in a few missions... 

Flight sim fans would like this game and i think its a good pick.. i personnaly enjoyed this game even when it was my first time playing it... but some missions could get you frustrated really quickly...

This game consists of 51 trophies.. Most are story related and some require you to do some special type of killing to achieve...The rest you should do online (squad operations)
Completing the story on realistic difficulty is a bit tough... but not that hard... lets say medium..just a few levels where a pain in the ass...
After completing the game on realistic ( i personally started on easy... just so i can learn the level + enemies...then jumped to realistic) you should go to squad operations
(just like MW2 69 stars) and start playing it ONLINE... doing this mode offline isnt recommended since i think its impossible to do solo...Playing with 3 or 4 players should get the job done faster..
If you still have some killing trophies left then you should go to free flight and do them there... or pick a mission of your choice and start doing it...
You might have a hard time killing 20 troops with the machine gun..try to do it in the level where you have to defend 4 tanks.. (once the tanks reach the town and stop) 30~40 troops will spawn at you...

The hardest trophies would be:

Complete the Campaign


This isnt very hard but there are some missions like Shark in water - city on fire - a damn shame - turkey shoot

My tips: 

Sharks in water (difficulty: 9/10)

1st counter: kill them using cannons and rockets..
2nd counter: this is where it gets ugly... You have to defend 4 boats from pirate atacks...
Best way i found was use to use FLIR mode on the 1st wave and try to shoot where the boat is headed of course and not the boats...When the next wave arrives try to fly to them and use your rockets and cannons to kill them and from here on start using your hellfire missiles on the remaining targets that are closing on the oil rigs (where the 4 boats are)..just try to save your hellfire for the last wave... or try to do it 50 50... 4 missiles on wave 2 and 4 on last wave.

City on fire (difficulty 7.5/10)

1st counter: Take out the normal vehicles using cannons and rockets... ONLY use hellfire on TANKS with the letter H on the map..those tanks for some reason take loads and loads of rockets to kill..
2nd counter: Just like the first but try to save 2 hellfires until they close in on you (near building) since they all cramp up there 1 hellfire should blow them all to bits...but dont risk it.. you only got 10 allies

A damn shame (difficulty 10/10 no glitch 1/10 with glitch)

1st counter: as you are flying towards the points try to lock on the targets with hellfires and strike them fast before they strike you down...

2nd counter: Once you arrive past the mountains you will find yourself fighting about 7~10 hellicopters which is insane if you ask me since the enemies in this game always flare your heat seeking missiles and you got 4 only lol....

i have found a small glitch though which can make your life much easier...

Step 1: lock on 1 apache... 

Step 2: fly to the right and to the top until the enemy is like 1.7~1.85 km away... you should be near a mountain side...
Step3: go in to FLIR mode and start shooting them 1by1

so how is this a glitch? if u keep your range at the 1.7km or 1.8km... the enemies will just stand there and not attack you..try flying to them and its like dropping you in an aquarium with 5 sharks GL !!

3rd counter: You have to kill the bomb maker while he is escaping...
Another glitch found... iam not sure if its a glitch though..
I have tried for 1 hour to kill this guy and it was just not working out... i get shot in 3 secs once he reaches the DAM part....
So whats the glitch?
I accidently found this and was shocked
Once the cutscene ends fly very fast past the bomb maker and to the DAM where you will see a small base to the left of it... shoot a few rockets on the base and the mission is complete lol.... thats how i did it...

Turkey shoot: (difficulty 9/10)

I personally have no tips for this since i did it with luck...
all what i can say about the last encounter with the boss apache is try to fly far away and FLIR mode on the boss and start shooting... ignore the other apaches.. focus on the boss (blinking dot on the radar)
Dont shoot the boss BUT shoot where he is flying instead...

note: you have to complete all missions on REALISTIC...go for easy first to learn the levels...each level is like 10~15 mins

Helicopterrific
Complete the Campaign and Squad Operations

Same as above but you have to complete the squad operations also...

Play online with friends or randoms...
DO NOT attempt this alone... YES you can do 2 or 3 missions solo but some are impossible
1 mission i think i had a very hard time on or maybe it was bugged?
Its 1 of the last missions where your fellow apache is downed and you have to defend it for 5 mins until reinforcements arrive...
I played this with 3 people for like 2 hours... we achieve the 5 min mark BUT nothing happens and then we fail since the place gets swarmed with enemies...
So how did i do this?

i left the game on and went to sleep... woke up and forgot about the game.. was playing something else until i figured out apache was on on my 1st ps3 ;s..checked it out and i had the mission done lol !
I created my own game and left it on with a turbo stick to auto hit retry...some guys joined and got it done lol ! i would like to thank you ;>.. was my last mission also...

In the end i would like to thank mazo0o0ny for the game !
